Baba is officially transitioning to BabaTap effective August 18, 2026. This change represents an important step in the continued growth of our senior support network and reflects our commitment to building a stronger, more distinctive, and more connected brand for the future.
BabaTap will continue to provide the same trusted non-medical senior support services that families, older adults, partners, and communities have come to know. Our services will remain focused on companionship, grocery shopping and errands, meal preparation, light home support, check-in visits, hospital companionship, walking and exercise support, transportation coordination, and other everyday assistance designed to help seniors remain independent and connected.
The transition from Baba to BabaTap does not change our core mission. Our purpose remains to make reliable senior support easier to access while creating meaningful local service opportunities for trusted partners in communities across Canada and the United States. The new BabaTap name gives the brand a clearer and more distinctive identity as we continue expanding our network, technology, service locations, and community partnerships.
The name BabaTap also better reflects the way our platform connects seniors and families with local support. “Baba” remains at the heart of our identity, representing companionship, trust, and human connection, while “Tap” represents simple, accessible, and modern service coordination through the BabaTap network.
Beginning August 18, 2026, the BabaTap name will gradually appear across our website, service pages, partner profiles, communications, uniforms, marketing materials, and digital platforms. During the transition period, some existing materials may continue to display the Baba name while updates are completed across the network.
Existing customers, bookings, partners, accounts, service arrangements, and ongoing support will continue as normal. No action is required from customers or partners as a result of the name change.
As BabaTap continues to grow, we remain committed to developing a trusted network that connects seniors, families, caregivers, community organizations, and local service partners. Our goal is to make everyday senior support more accessible, flexible, and personal while maintaining the local relationships that are central to the way we serve each community.
We are excited to begin this next chapter as BabaTap and look forward to continuing to support seniors and families with trusted, community-based services.
