Every BabaTap Pro Professional Companion is required to complete a comprehensive online learning program before taking the certification examination. This training ensures that every Partner understands our service standards, professional responsibilities, safety procedures, and customer care expectations before serving clients.
The BabaTap Pro Professional Companion Certification Program is designed to build confidence, consistency, and professionalism across our entire network. Upon completing the training modules, Partners must successfully pass an online multiple-choice examination before becoming eligible to provide BabaTap Pro companion services.

Gain a better understanding of the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social changes associated with ageing, and learn how to provide compassionate, person-centred support. - Module 5 – Delivering BabaTap Pro Companion Services
Learn the standards and best practices for providing Friendly Companion Visits, Hospital Companion Services, Transportation Assistance, Grocery Shopping, Meal Preparation, Wellness Check-ins, Light Home Support, Technology Assistance, and other non-medical companion services. - Module 6 – Safety Awareness and Emergency Procedures
Understand how to identify safety hazards, prevent accidents, respond to emergencies, protect clients, and follow BabaTap Pro incident reporting procedures. - Module 7 – Professional Ethics, Privacy, Confidentiality, and Professional Boundaries
